Purpose

Main activity: accommodation.

The information provided in the contact form, or where applicable on registering as a user, is understood to be communicated truthfully by the website user, and only what is adequate, relevant and not excessive will be collected in order to serve you as a customer and provide the contracted services correctly; and, with your express consent, to manage the subscription list and send newsletters, promotions and special offers.

We will not use the information for purposes incompatible with those for which you provided it. If it were to be used for an incompatible purpose, we will inform you and ask for your consent.

Forms on this website

• Contact form: we use your name, email, telephone and message only to reply to you. The message reaches us by email through an email delivery provider.
• Newsletter: we store your email address to send you offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@villasflamenco.com.
• Analytics and advertising: only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), which anonymously records clicks, scrolling and mouse movements to improve the website. • The website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, in the European Union.

Retention
